In order to accomplish this, ATC places complete local authority in on call service mechanics. ATC has been established since 1984 and is pre-qualified by the DCAM both in HVAC and energy management for single projects of $4,324.000. We take pride in our workers and their ability to manage and provide all the services you require. As a dedicated service leader, we stand ready to provide all the oversight and resources available form our 29 years of know how in building management operations.
We have the local personnel, organization and experience to service and maintain your facility. Our Local 537 Pipefitters, Air Conditioning, Heating and Control Mechanics are among the finest in the Boston Metropolitan area. Our technicians who perform mechanical and control service have thorough knowledge and experience in the start-up, shut down and sustained efficient operation of facility equipment. They have demonstrated ability to provide written reports concerning systems operation and the ability to provide outstanding repair and maintain mechanical and control systems; the ability to troubleshoot and an appreciation of energy conservation. They possess all necessary operating licenses and permits and have thorough knowledge and experience in the service industry. Our full-time customers have emergency service calls answered within a two hour period.
