ATC received the Gold Award from Construct Secure, a Harvard University Contractor Safety Assessment Program, for having an outstanding safety and performance program; scored a 94%. Along with that award, ATC designed and installed the HVAC at Harvard 2 Grant Street and received the U.S. Green Building Council Award Leed for Homes.

Nancy Hickey, Director of Operations
Nancy Hickey is the Director of Operations at ATC Mechanical. Nancy brings more than 24 years of extensive experience in the coordination, planning, and support of operational functions. Nancy manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of administrative, with duties ranging from customer service, human resources, budgeting, to information technology. Nancy is instrumental in implementing workplace policies and procedures and organizational development.
Kristina Heath, Controller
Kristina Heath is the Controller at ATC Mechanical. Kristina is responsible for management and oversight of Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, Payroll Analysis, Job Costing management, Insurance Analysis, and Fiscal Control. Kristina brings over 22 years of accounting experience and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
